Registration and Tuition

Registration Information

We are accepting online registrations.  Please visit the online registration system to fill out your registration online.

Our registration fee for Fall 2016 – Spring 2017 is $45/child per year and $55/family per year if enrolling more than one child.  Registration for summer only is prorated at $10 for students that were not enrolled during the school year.

Tuition Information

Monthly tuition is the same amount regardless of the number of lessons in each month. August tuition is prorated to 1/2 month and classes begin Friday, Aug 19.  There are NO refunds or adjustments due to absences but make up lessons are allowed and encouraged. Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable. Tuition is the same amount for short and long months and is figured on an average of 38 lessons for the year including 26 studio lessons and 2 performances.

Tuition is due monthly and a late fee of $20 is accessed after the 5th. Statements are not sent unless an account is delinquent. There is a $20.00 charge on all returned checks. If it is necessary to terminate a student’s enrollment before the end of the year, written notification to the studio office 30 days prior to the first of the month notice is required .  A last month deposit is required and will be automatically applied to May 2016 tuition or if a dancer drops before then and gives us proper notice then it will be applied the their last month of enrollment.

Sibling Discount 10% off tuition for the 2nd and subsequent children (excludes adult tuition). 

Adult tuition is $15/class.

Drop ins are $20/hour.

You can set up payments by credit card by visiting the online registration system and entering your credit card details.

Recital Information

There is a $70 individual fee and $45 for additional siblings for the December performance covering a simple costume ($25) and performance fee ($45) which pays for the rental of the facility due on Oct 1. For our June recital there is a $60 for child sizes and $70 for adult sizes costume fee due on Dec 1 and a $65 individual/$90 family performance fee due on May 1. Adults and Combo 2-3 yr classes do not participate in our Dec and June performances.  Combo 2-3 yr classes perform in class during December and at a local nursing home in late May or early June.

If you are unable to register online, you can still register manually by following these simple steps or call the office at 512-327-4130and we will be happy to assist you:

  1. Please download and fill out a registration form .  Be sure to include all phone numbers and email address! All forms must be signed.
  2. Choose the appropriate class time and fill in the box located at the top right corner of the form with that information. If you are unsure about the level please ask the teacher or see class information.
  3. Keep a copy of the schedule for make up lessons. Check on line for most accurate schedules:  schedule
  4. Pay a $45 per child or $55 per family non refundable registration fee to secure your place.  We do not pro-rate this fee.
  5. Pay first and last month’s tuition.  August tuition is prorated to 2 weeks and classes start August 19.  Tuition is not prorated for absences but make up lessons are allowed.  In addition first month tuition will be prorated if students join after the first lesson of the month.
  6. Drop the form and fees in the drop box at the studio or mail to the address shown below.
