Registration and Tuition
Registration Information
- Please download and fill out a registration form, one for each student you are registering. Be sure to include all phone numbers and email address! All forms must be signed.
- Choose the appropriate class time and fill in the box located at the top right corner of the form with that information. If you are unsure about the level please ask the teacher or see class information.
- Keep a copy of the schedule for make up lessons. Check on line for most accurate schedules: Schedule
- Pay a $35 per child or $45 per family non refundable registration fee to secure your place. We do not pro-rate this fee.
- Drop the form and fees in the drop box at the studio or mail to the address shown below.
Tuition Information
Monthly tuition is the same amount regardless of the number of lessons in each month. There are NO refunds or adjustments due to absences. Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable; however, make ups are available for most classes. Tuition is due monthly and a late fee of $20 is accessed after the 5th. Statements are not sent unless an account is delinquent. There is a $20.00 charge on all returned checks. If it is necessary to terminate a student’s enrollment before the end of the year, written notification to the studio office 30 days prior to the first of the month notice is required .

Sibling Discount 7% off the total monthly fee (exludes adult tuition). Adult tuition is $45/month for the first class and $35/month for each additional class. A single class is $15. A $10 registration fee applies to each adult student. Tuition is calculated on a 4 lesson per month scale with extra lessons and performances applied to shorter months.

We now accept automatic credit card payments at no additional charge! Please download the Credit Card Agreement Form, fill it out and return it to Ms. Sherrie!
Recital Information
There is a $25 fee for the December performance and a $25 fee for the June performance. Additionally there is a costume fee of $20 for our December performance and $55 for child sizes or $65 for large child-adult sizes for the June performance. Adults and Combo 2-3 yr classes do not participate in our Dec and June performances. Combo 2-3 yr classes perform in class during December and at a local nursing home in late May or early June.
